She was a shy girl 
So she never even dared to talk with him
Though she loved him so much
He was a cool boy
That was what the other guys expected of him
Though he hated it so much

As they fell into each other`s arms
For the very first time
They though their life just had started
As she woke up in his arms
For the very first time
Tears of joy ran down her cheek

As it started to rain

She was a young girl
And she accidently got pregnant by him
Her parents were so upset
He was a good boy
So he never even thought about abortion
Was thrown out by his dad

As they fell into each other`s arms 
In her parents` backyard
They still thought they could manage it
As she left home forever
Through her parents` backyard
She silently cried and then ran

She was an innocent girl
So she wasn`t at all prepared for what did happen
As her friend couldn`t find a job
He was a simple boy
So he couldn`t bear it to be unable
To give her what she should have got

When he drank too much and hit her
For the very first time
She still thought she could stand it
When she saw him leaving home
For the very last time
She silently cried once again

And it started to rain
